15 Minutes is an LLC, registered in Washington, DC. 15 Minutes’ two directors, Anne Dickerson and Penelope Lewis founded the company in 1999. They personally oversee every project from development to delivery.

15 Minutes is different from other communications companies. We are small and specialist. We thoroughly research your topics and take time to understand the core values and priorities of your organization. No project that we have done since founding the company is exactly alike any other.

15 Minutes brings together the perspective from both sides of the microphone. Anne Dickerson is a television producer, and has written and produced stories on a wide variety of subjects. Penelope Lewis has worked as a spokesperson for international development organizations, both United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations around the world.

We operate out of a virtual office, traveling where clients need us, and sourcing suitable facilities on location. Our structure gives us added flexibility and means that we are not passing along substantial overhead costs for office space or facilities to our clients.
